Considering that you'd be using this app several times a day or in the evening, developers were focused on created an easy-to-use interface, packed with useful features and tools at hand. While the design might not be extraordinary, it keeps a fresh and clean look, without crowding the screen with too much information. Aside from this, the menu is packed with all the tools you'd need to reach your goal.
Create your profile and start calculating calories
After launching the app, you'll need to create your profile by providing information on your age, weight and height. The data is needed for establishing the daily calorie intake for achieving your goal. You can set multiple goals, like to maintain your current weight or shed a few pounds. Aside from this, you must select the activity level, which refers to the amount of exercise you do during a regular day.
Once your profile is created and goals were set, you can start adding meals. The diary contains a list of days with meals that you've added, as well as calories count next to each course. When adding a meal, you must simply search through the large database of foods and recipes or simply pick a favorite one. You can also scan barcodes of products to add them to the meal plan.
Statistics on calorie intake
The total calorie intake for one given day contains the targeted calorie value minus the meals you've had and exercise that you might have done during the day. In addition, the app comes with suggestions on cutting certain foods in case the intake is too high, like carbohydrates.
The nutrition section comes with details on nutrients in your daily meals together with pie charts and graphs for a better view. Also, you can set reminders to log meals or connect with friends in order to lose weight together. Moreover, the app comes with access to a blog filled with tips on a healthy lifestyle.
