However, there are always those pictures that you want to keep on your phone even if you've backed them up. Gallery KK is a nice app that will help you organize them and keep your phone tidy. It comes with some features and although it's not as complex as other applications in its category, it's still worth a try.
Simplistic design with some features at hand
The app doesn't come with any sort of tutorial or instructions, but instead lets users discover features on their own. Still, the app has some really nice features that you can enjoy. It doesn't have a side menu, but you can access settings under the overflow icon on the top right corner of the screen.
You can also select individual albums on your phone or go ahead and tap on the camera to snap pictures fast. The app is actually based on the official Gallery & Photo editor app included on KitKat, but has some additional features. It's especially useful for Lollipop users who no longer benefit from the default gallery viewer.
Adjust settings
The app lets you manage your pictures easily, but you'll need to adjust settings before you can do that. You can have it only display pictures or videos and adjust the background color displayed in the home screen. Users can also hide the status bar and adjust the color and number of rows for albums.
You can basically make all sort of changes to the UI and have the app display pictures in anyway that you wish. It also lets you enable transition animation for slideshows and decide on a default slideshow duration for each picture.
Organize and edit your photos
The app also lets you sort pictures on your home screen by albums, locations, people, times and even tags. Simply tap on a picture to open, you can share it with friends on social networks or set it as your wallpaper or contact photo.
In addition, the app lets you view images in a slideshow or crop them in any way you wish. You can also apply filters to images, frames, make structural changes to it or adjust exposure, contrast and saturation. These features are really nice, considering that few other gallery applications have such features.
