Easy-to-use interface but it needs some setting up
The app itself is easy to operate and install on the device. However, it's the last thing that you'll need to install. First, you must download GOM Tray from the developer's website and install it on your PC.
It connects to your phone using several codes that you'll need to fill in the application. Next, install GOM media player to gain full access to features and properly operate the playlist. It works even without the player, but it's easier this way.
Remote access to your media player
Whether you're watching a movie or simply wish to skip a song in the playlist, GOM Player helps you do so. The main screen is filled with controls. Open files, skip and mute songs or turn the player off. You also have the option of capturing images or restarting the song.
Other than that you can hide the playlist from the screen, enable full screen or change the aspect ratio. The app connects perfectly with the PC, so you can disable subtitles, change their size or slow down video streaming. You also have the option of speeding up streaming or using the touch pad to adjust volume faster.

The application also offers comes with some power options. You can shutdown the PC, enter sleep mode or restart your device. A timer can also be set for when you want to close the device. Choose from operating the media player, audio or PowerPoint on the PC.
It also lets you change the monitor and you can enable rotation to make sure you can use the app from landscape mode. When you're done with streaming and using the app, simply disconnect your device from the PC so you wouldn't tap on icons my mistake.
