FloatNote 2.0
FloatNote is a nice Android application that places a note on the screen during the call, reminding you of things you wanted to talk about with the person you called.
Sleek and easy-to-use interface with plenty of features
The app comes with an intuitive interface, sporting lots of tools for customizing the app and making it your own. You'll find all sorts of settings under the 'hamburger' icon on the top right corner of the screen.
The app displays all notes on the main page, together with the contact to which they are attached, so you can edit them at any time. There's also the option of sharing the app on social networks or rating it on Google Play Store. FloatNote comes with instructions of use, so new users wouldn't get confused the first time they launch the app.
Create notes for when contacts call you
It's quite easy to create notes, simply tap on the “+” icon to open options. You can add notes to contacts or choose a number from your call log, thus making it easier to reach the people you talk to the most.
The call log loads automatically, displaying the top contacts you've talked to recently, but it doesn't filter them so many will appear more than once. Tap on a contact to add a note but you must limit text to up to 30 characters.
The app comes with the option of choosing from 6 labels that you can add to your contact. Users can also call people directly from the app or send the note via SMS.
Adjust settings and make the app your own
The neat thing about this app is that you can set the note wherever you wish during a call or have it displayed as a notification. You can also have the app auto close notes after a few seconds or leave it on the screen even after the call ends.
But the free version only lets you create 5 notes, for more you have to perform actions like watch a video or purchase packs of unlimited notes for 5.99$.

Bottom Line
Design / UI9
The interface is really nice, it comes with some customization features for contact labels but no option of adding stickers to notes. |
Function8
It lets you write short text of only 30 characters and not even the premium version lets you add more words. |
Security9
It only accesses areas of your phone that it needs, so it shouldn't pose any security or privacy issues. |
Battery8
The app only consumes resources during calls, but make sure to keep an eye on battery levels especially if you want to keep notes floating. |
Price8
It's free but users need to upgrade to get more notes. The unlimited package costs 5.99$. |
Compatibility7
It should work on devices running Android version 4.0 or later, making it accessible to many users. |
A clever app that prevents you from forgetting important things.
