Nowadays, people have busy schedules from the first hours of the morning to late at night, so it's only normal that they need tools to help them organize their activities. Instead of carrying around a notebooks to write down your important meetings and tasks for the day, use an app on your phone. Any.do Task List and To-do List is a nifty app that helps you create tasks, shopping lists that you can share with your family or attach files to notes.

Great interface packed with themes and features

The interface takes you through a tutorial showing the main features available inside the app. Before you can actually start using it, you'll need to sign in with your Facebook, Google accounts or your email address.

The app will only collect information on your profile and not that of your friends. It won't post to your wall on your behalf. The interface comes with four themes to choose from and plenty of settings that can be done to it.

Tweak settings to make the app your own

There are many preferences you can choose from. Firstly, you can create personal and work lists, have the app show upcoming tasks in the status bar and use a passcode to lock information inside the application.

There are many languages you can choose from and even select from multiple notification sounds. Have the calendar start the week on Monday or Saturday and backup information created in the app. The calendar is a separate app which can be downloaded free from within the app. You can have Any.do connect with the Calendar and sync tasks & calendar events, to help you manage your day.

Create tasks and moments

The sleek interface helps you create tasks and events, including to do lists for the day. You can add reminders to them and share with friends or family. The app also lets you attach pictures, videos, various files and even snap a picture on the go. Speak out your tasks without having to type in text.

You can add subtasks to lists and there's no save button, the app automatically saves information and doesn't overcrowd the interface with useless icons. Moments is a great feature that lets you plan tasks for the day, dismiss or postpone, cross out or delete tasks. It's the feature that makes this app stand out from others.
