However, the latter is only available in the pro version. Reminders can also be enabled for any day of the week, so you won’t forget or procrastinate on your workout. The app also comes with a section that explains the workout program and its beneficial effects on your abs.

Starting working out

The app guides you step-by-step and shows you how to exercise in order to achieve great abs.There are instructions and instructions and pictures to get you going. It’s packed with many exercises and TTS will help you by counting down the number of exercises you’ve got left.

You can also create a schedule of workout days, by selecting the number of series and cycles per day. There’s a section with statistics, where you can weight yourself and measure your waist to see your progress over time. It features a graph and you can also add photos to actually see the benefits of the workout program.
