Truly intuitive interface packed with all sorts of features
At first glance the app may seem a bit confusing for new users and people who aren't used to such applications, but it's not. The app takes you through the steps of connecting your phone to the PC, but you'll need to download and install Mobile Buddy on your PC, from the developer's website.
You'll be provided with an IP address and a Port, numbers which will be used for connecting the two devices. The UI itself is customizable, you'll find settings and features under the 'hamburger' icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Use your phone as a remote mouse or keyboard
The bigger your phone's screen is the easier it is to use the app. Once you've connected to two devices, you can use the phone as a remove mouse. There's plenty of room on the screen for the touch pad. It also offers you the right/left click buttons and the scroller.
You can adjust mouse and wheel sensitivity or enable multi gestures. Use the app to transform your phone into a keyboard, change the language and choose from German, English or others. Four themes are also available for customizing the app. The keyboard features all the buttons you'll need, including Esc, page down/up, end, etc. It also has a touch pad.
Presenter and PC controller
It can also be used as a presenter, it comes with buttons for selecting the next or previous slide and keyboard shortcuts. It has a mouse in the middle and the option of selecting the gyroscope, although it's only available in the premium version.
The PC control section lets you lock your device, shows your desktop or comes with animation is you'd like to play a practical joke on a friend or colleague. This section doesn't have a touch pad and is the only one that displays ads. If you'd like to remove advertisements, you'll need to upgrade to the premium version for 2.35$ and unlock many more features.
