For every product you select, you can check out the nutrition facts sheet and add the number of servings you had for the meals you track with this application. You can also tag the favorite items and thus have them ready for adding in the meals in a simple manner.
Set goals and see them through
This utility can help you create some personal goals and analyze the food consumption with detailed info and graphs for carbohydrate intake. The logs are kept well organized in another module of Carb Tracker, so you can check out he amount of carbs consumed with each meal.
Custom food can be created on the spot, so in case you eat some products that have no correspondent in the food database, you can add them separately and have them included in your meal logs.
In case you want to export the consumed food information, you can simply type in your email address and have the app send you an Excel sheet with all the necessary details.
