Selfie Photo Editor 2.0
Targets the female demographic
Selfie Photo Editor is not just a camera app that takes photos and lets you apply filters and borders. It’s a specialized selfie app that creates the perfect environment for you to work in to adjust your face. The UI is very well designed to take you through the motions of blemishing, enhancing, repairing, etc. However, it’s highly unresponsive unfortunately.
Clearly targeted at females, Selfie Photo Editor is really well designed to focus on portrait shots and make your face look awesome. Granted, they say you should try to be as natural as you can if you’re out to get someone you love (sooner or later they’ll know, you know?) but if you’re just having fun with your friends and Instagram followers, go wild!
Selfies have never been more fun
As silly as selfies may seem, they’re probably really fun with Selfie Photo Editor. No wonder OMJ Holdings threw in so many options to smooth, bronze or whiten your skin, add blush, enlarge your eyes, change your eye colour and add contacts eyeliner and eye lashes, enhance your eye brows, plump your lips, etc.
You can also whiten your teeth, thin your face and cheeks, shrink and enlarge anything on your face and body (if you took a photo from afar), enhance your hair, and finally add cool filters, borders, text and accessories like hats, hipster glasses, and cigars. Sharing works with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or email.

Bottom Line
Design / UI9
Targeted at females, Selfie Photo Editor is designed to focus on portrait shots and make you look awesome |
Function7
Packs tons of selfie-centric features that really bring out everyone’s best features (if used properly), and occasionally crashes in the middle of your editing, ruining what could be the perfect selfie. |
Security7
It can be tricky if you share your unnatural self on all the social networks enumerated above. Don’t expect everyone to give you likes (especially those who prefer you just the way you are). |
Battery7
Drains considerable amounts of battery, but not necessarily too much. |
Price7
We’d love to give the Selfie Photo Editor higher marks here, but it’s what we would call in an-app purchases trap. It’s got tons of them scattered everywhere across the interface. |
Compatibility8
Requires iOS 7, no iPad version. |
Please laugh at our editor’s poor selfie skills
