Chinese company OnePlus plans to launch its “flagship killer” smartphone on July 28 and we already know a lot of things about the upcoming device.

Since the handset maker decided to offer new information about the OnePlus 2 on a weekly basis, instead of keeping us in the dark until launch, we now know that the device will be pretty powerful and not at all expensive.

OnePlus 2 has been confirmed to pack a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB of RAM, fingerprint sensor, and a 5.5-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display.

On top of that, OnePlus has also announced that the high-end smartphone won't cost more than $450 (€411) outright, although it did not mention whether or not that will be the price for the base version.

Today, the company's CEO Liu Zuohu has announced on its Weibo account that OnePlus 2 will offer dual-SIM support, something that's missing from the previous model.

This is likely to push OnePlus 2's sales in emerging markets, like India for example, where dual-SIM smartphones are the most popular among customers.

As for the rest of the phone's specs, we will probably have to wait until July 28, when OnePlus 2 has been confirmed for unveiling.
