The device will be available for as low as $150/€115

US-based carrier Alltel announced it would offer Apple’s iPhone 5 starting March 15. Customers that have been anxiously waiting for this particular device will be able to get for as low as $150/€115 for the 16GB model.

The iPhone 5 32GB model will be available for purchase as well, but customers will have to come up with $250/€190 upfront in order to get one. Finally, the 64GB variant will be up for grabs for no less than $350/€270.

Keep in mind that all the above deals require activation on one of Alltel Wireless’ individual or family plans and a two-year agreement. The carrier also confirmed it would allow iPhone 5 customers to connect to its high-speed network.

In related news, Alltel announced the iPhone 4S would be available for $50/€ 40 and iPhone 4 would be up for grabs for just $0.99.
