14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just announced that a new version of Groove Music is now available for download in Windows Store for both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile devices.
The desktop version of Groove Music contains only a few changes, but the mobile application has received quite a few improvements and some new features.
According to the official changelog, with the latest version of Groove Music, users will be able to search for Artists within the application.
Also, developers confirm they have fixed an issue reported by users where the album art didn't properly show album art for FLAC files.
Microsoft has also added a manual sync option to Settings, along with the option to select/unselect all when in selection mode.
There's also a new layout in the album detail page banner that should enable users to read more of the details for their favorite albums.
The latest update is also meant to let users navigate to the album page from the context menu for songs. Last but not least, the modules in Explore and artist details pages load from top to bottom to make the experience smoother.
If you don't have the application yet, you can now download Groove Music for Windows 10 Mobile for free via Windows Store. The application is only compatible with devices powered by Windows 10 Mobile.
