Dropbox, the cloud service that offers free storage to users for a limited time, has just been updated with new features and visual changes.

If you own a Windows Phone handset and already installed Dropbox, then you should look for an update to the application.

According to the official changelog, Dropbox for Windows Phone has been bumped to version 3.8. The first thing long-time users will notice is the new design implemented by developers.

A handful of new features have been added too, such as the ability to copy any file or folder into a user's Dropbox account.

Also, developers confirmed they have renamed Favorites “Offline files,” but kept the same functionality: access Offline files on the go, even without a connection.

With the latest version of Dropbox for Windows Phone, users will be able to add an account photo to personalize their Dropbox.

Last but not least, uploaded photos and videos are now grouped together in Recents. These are all the new features included in this update.

Some other bug fixes and small improvements might have been implemented as well, but no additional details have been shared.

If you don't have the application yet, you can now download Dropbox for Windows Phone for free via Windows Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
