Chinese handset maker ZTE and Boost Mobile have teamed up to offer Android enthusiasts in the United States another affordable smartphone, the “Beast.”

The first press render of the device has recently popped up online via @evleaks without any specs details attached to it. The smartphone is expected to be released as Boost Max, though we can’t say for sure until the carrier doesn’t come forward with an official announcement.

However, thanks to the leaked press render, we can tell that the ZTE Max sports an enhanced 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, as well as 4G LTE support.

It is likely to ship with Android Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, probably version 4.3. We will know more close to release date, which can’t be farther than a few weeks away.
