The world’s leading tech companies are gathering at MWC 2015 in a few days to show their latest and greatest products.

But Chinese device makers are also invited to flaunt their designs. ZTE is one of them, and if we listen to the rumors circulating online, it seems like we should expect the company to unveil a new premium smartphone in Barcelona.

Actually, the device already leaked in a bunch of photographs, showing us its classy metal frame with glass accents and large form factor (as seen at Giz China).

We’re not given any specifics, but the upcoming ZTE Nubia Z9 will quite possibly arrive with a 5.5-inch display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor on the inside.

However, we wouldn't be too surprised if the premium device ends up being the first to be announced boasting MediaTek’s cool new octa-core MT6895 platform.

Qualcomm already confirmed a new Snapdragon 810 smartphone is coming to MWC 2015, but the US chip giant is probably talking about HTC One M9.

But the announcement doesn't annul the possibility of other Snapdragon 810 smartphones patiently waiting to be unveiled in Barcelona too.

For example, Lenovo might put its new Vibe Z3 Pro model on the display, which is also said to come with a 5.5-inch display and offer a hefty 4GB of RAM.
