Only the Tegra 4 version of the smartphone is expected next week

Today, Chinese mobile phone maker Xiaomi has officially confirmed plans to kick off the initial set of sales for its latest flagship device on October 15.

The smartphone, none other than the Xiaomi MI3 that went official several weeks ago, will be available only with the Tegra 4 processor inside next week, rumor has it.

“Xiaomi MI3 and MITV first round sales will start on the 15th October,” Xiaomi announced on Twitter.

The high-end smartphone arrives on the market with a 5-inch IPS touchscreen display that can deliver a full HD resolution, as well as with 2GB of RAM.

At the same time, the mobile phone includes 16GB/64GB of internal memory, a 3050mAh Li-Ion battery, and the usual set of connectivity options. It packs a 13-megapixel camera on the back and a front camera for video calling.
