14 DAY TRIAL // There’s a new version of WordPress for Android devices available for download in Google Play store. The update adds lots of new features and enhancements that will greatly improve users’ experience.
Firstly, the new application allows users to edit comments by simply tapping the new “Edit” button when viewing a comment. Secondly, the latest version of WordPress is now capable to autosave posts edited every 60 seconds.
There’s also a new scaled image setting that can be activated by tapping the “Settings” and then choosing the “Upload and link to scaled image” checkbox.
In addition, the application also features the following changes: small updates to the user interface, new app icon, reliability improvements, performance tweaks and translation updates.
WordPress 2.1 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices that run Android 2.1 and up.
