WhatsApp fans, here is your daily dose of Android releases, as the developer of one of the most popular instant messaging services has been very busy this week.

If you have already lost track of how many WhatsApp versions for Android have been released this week, we can help you with that. Apparently, this would be the forth WhatsApp Messenger iteration launched for Android platform.

Only two of the previous versions have been released with an official changelog attached to them, so the current one does not have one. This probably means that no major new features have been added, nor any important tweaks that would justify a changelog.

Still, those who wish to install this beta version of WhatsApp Messenger are free to do so, but keep in mind that you might experience bugs and issues due to the testing nature of the build.

WhatsApp beta is not uploaded on Google Play Store, so you won’t be able to update to this version naturally, via Google’s application store.

However, you can now download WhatsApp Messenger for Android 2.11.215 for free via Softpedia. The latest version of the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.1 and up.
