One of the wireless carriers that will make the new Nokia Lumia 800 smartphone available for purchase on its airwaves is Vodafone UK, who already confirmed the move, and also put the new handset on its website on a coming soon page.

Moreover, the wireless carrier already got a taste of the new mobile phone, and came up with a mini video review of it, so that its customers could learn more on the handset. Lumia 800 is the first handset from Nokia to arrive on shelves with the Windows Phone platform on board.

The new device sports a 3.7-inch screen, a 1.4GHz application processor, 16GB of internal memory, and an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back.

For the time being, Vodafone UK did not offer info on the price tag this handset will sport when made available for purchase, but we should expect it to be free on select monthly contracts.
