Before the end of this year, mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless should make official a red flavor of the Motorola DROID Mini, and a leaked press photo with the device has emerged online.

The photo was published by Twitter user @evleaks, and it is not accompanied by details on the exact availability and pricing of the device.

However, users should expect it to sport the same cost and hardware specs as the original version of the phone, which landed on shelves not long ago.

The device sports a 4.3-inch HD screen and a 1.7 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. Furthermore, it features a 10-megapixel camera on the back, with LED flash and support for full HD video recording.

Motorola DROID Mini runs under Google’s Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
