14 DAY TRIAL // Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless was expected to make the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone available for purchase on its network on December 9th, but that day has come and gone, and enthusiasts are still left in the dark.
Verizon customers are already getting upset on the lack of transparency on Galaxy Nexus’s landing; yet, there are more release date rumors they can now feed on.
One of them suggests that December 13th might be the lucky day for Big Red’s users, while another points at December 15th, as one of our readers notes in a recent comment.
However, nothing was confirmed on either of these, and there is also a rumor that December 31st would be the actual release date (as if Verizon was determined not to miss the 2011 launch window), so we’ll have to wait for a formal announcement on this to learn how things actually stand.
