If you needed more proof that Verizon Wireless will be releasing HTC’s next flagship smartphone tomorrow, March 25, here it is.

The Big Red has just teased the HTC One 2014 on its official Twitter account. However, the choice of words is a bit unfortunate as it contains a strong reference to Samsung’s Galaxy S device.

Here is what Verizon had to say about the upcoming HTC One 2014 release: “Something big is coming. HTC & VZW are introducing a new contender in the photography game. Get ready to hit refresh.”

According to the latest hearsay, HTC One 2014 will be exclusive to Verizon in the United States for at least two weeks.

This means that customers in the United States will only be able to grab the smartphone through the Big Red, unless they are willing to wait for another two weeks until HTC One 2014 is expected to arrive at other US carriers.

The same goes for customers in the UK who will only be able to purchase the HTC One 2014 via the Carphone Warehouse retailer. However, that shouldn’t be too bad given the fact the UK-based retailer will offer the unlocked version of the smartphone. Stay tuned for more on this one.
