14 DAY TRIAL // An updated flavor of the Sony WALKMAN application is now available for download for the owners of Xperia Z devices, featuring build number 8.0.A.0.3 (up from 7.15.A.0.0 before).
The new application release arrives on devices with a nice range of appealing enhancements, including new playlists for Newly added songs, for the Most played songs, and for users’ Track ID history, a recent post on XperiaBlog reads.
Furthermore, the updated app iteration allows users to save playlists that have been shared by friends, it seems. At the same time, the new WALKMAN app sports a Now Playing indicator, and also features a 30-second free preview of songs.
The new build comes with various bug fixes and performance improvements included inside as well, and it should be already available on Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra, and other Xperia Z devices.
