The plethora of unofficial Ice Cream Sandwich ROMs for various Android smartphones has gotten bigger with the addition of DROID BIONIC’s Android 4.0 ROM.

The folks over at Rootzwiki managed to cook this alpha preview build of the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system for Motorola’s DROID BIONIC and are now offering it to all Android enthusiasts.

Although not everything is working there’s a good chance that in time, developers will make all functions work smoothly.

For the moment, the graphics work smooth along with the Adb, Touchscreen is fully functional, as well as the capacitive buttons and charging indicator.

With the latest update of the alpha preview build several new features have been added such as the Bluetooth and SD card external support, Gallery, built-in screenshots and reboot menu.

Rootzwiki forum user dhacker29 who made this ROM possible, also confirmed that the next update will be fixing Wi-Fi, Phone and Data support, as well as the SD card internal mount.
