Well-known publisher and developer of games Ubisoft has just announced that its Assassin's Creed: Pirates mobile game will finally come to Windows Phone platform.

The game has already been available on iOS and Android operating systems for quite a while, but, as usual, Windows Phone gamers have been left out from the initial rollout.

According to Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed: Pirates will soon be available in Windows Phone devices, but the company has also confirmed that it will launch a browser version of the game.

No additional details on the Windows Phone version have been unveiled yet, but here are some things that you should expect from the game.

First of all, Assassin's Creed: Pirates is not free on Android and iOS, so it makes sense for Ubisoft to make it available in the Windows Phone Store for a certain price, possibly $5.99.

It's unlikely that the game will be compatible with Windows Phone devices that pack only 512MB of RAM, though there's a slim chance. We will have to wait until official word confirms this.

Assassin's Creed: Pirates will be available in multiple languages on Windows Phone platform, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. We will keep an eye out for more details on the matter, so stay tuned.
