14 DAY TRIAL // Twitter has just received an official update and is now available for download in BlackBerry App World. In fact the application can be found in both App World and on Research In Motion’s site.
The latest update brings a new tweet layout and support for Twitter photo service. The application has also been integrated with BBM.
The BlackBerry client of the social app comes with the following features: automatic link shortening, promoted tweets and improved notifications for Wi-Fi only users.
Those who already have the application installed on their smartphone can check for the update in the options menu. Otherwise simply go to BlackBerry App World and search for the Twitter client.
Twitter for BlackBerry 3.0.0.20 is now available as a free download from the BlackBerry site and App World and it should be fully compatible with all devices running BlackBerry 5.0 OS or later.
