An updated version of the Twitter application is now available for download for BlackBerry 10 users who also have Beta Zone accounts, namely version 10.3.0.219.

The new software version comes along with a series of new features and various enhancements packed inside and was released so as to allow testers to take it for a spin and discover any issues that it might still pack inside.

For example, following the update to the new app iteration, BlackBerry 10 users will be able to save Tweets as Drafts and send them when they are ready.

At the same time, users enjoy Swipable Time to 'Activity' and 'Discover' tabs, which will provide them with faster access to content, the release notes available courtesy of CrackBerry unveil.

The new version of Twitter for BlackBerry 10 also comes with various photo enhancements, such as photos in Direct Message, or the possibility to toggle pictures on/off in the home timeline. The updated application will also offer Retake/Edit photo options in Tweet composer.

Apparently, there will also be an age verification system put in place when users start following certain brands or products.

Those of you who already have a Beta Zone account and a BlackBerry 10 smartphone can now head over to the Beta Zone app to download the new flavor of Twitter.
