For example, there’s a new Weather AR feature, which allows users to see the weather in a new way. It also provides users with the option to browse photos uploaded on Weather Channel’s iWitness service in an augmented reality mode.
There’s also a new My Friends’ Weather feature, which offers users the possibility to see how the weather is impacting their friends and family. With Facebook or a Microsoft account, users can check out the weather at their friend’s place.
My Amazing Day is another new feature exclusively available for Nokia Lumia devices. It allows users to get customized weather notifications for the weather that matters to them. Users can setup weather alerts with conditions of temperature, wind speed, and other specifics.
