Starting next week, owners of Android, iOS and Windows Phone devices out there will be able to download and install a new game from Gameloft, namely The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

The mobile game was officially announced last month, yet Gameloft provided specific info on its availability only today, when it also published a trailer for the title.

According to the company, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will arrive on the aforementioned mobile operating systems on April 17 as a premium game, with a story based on the movie with the same title from Marvel.

Moreover, the publisher unveiled that the new title would provide users with an appealing experience, courtesy of combo-based combat mechanics.

The game’s story takes place in Manhattan, where players will enjoy crawling on walls in eight detailed open areas, while also having to fight various villains. At the same time, the mobile title will come to handsets with six boss fights, as well as with a series of side missions.

“Featuring a massive open-world New York, become Spider-Man in a combo-focused, action-packed adventure! Experience web-slinging, wall-crawling, and fluid aerobic combat like never before on your mobile device,” the video’s description reads.

Players will also get a sneak preview of special Spider-Man suits, such as Symbiote Spider-Man, Ultimate Comics Spider-Man, Scarlet Spider, Iron Spider, and Superior Spider-Man.
