On Monday, wireless carrier T-Mobile started delivering a new software update to the owners of HTC One smartphones on its network, providing them with a series of connectivity enhancements, and a new firmware is now being pushed out to them, it seems.

The new update is meant to resolve an issue with the HTC One’s camera that was caused by the initial software, and is already available for download for the owners of HTC’s latest flagship smartphone.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the initial update managed to remove the HDR functionality from the handset, but that the new firmware is meant to restore it, HTC Source reports.

Those who have already updated their devices to software version 1.27.531.11 should head over to Settings > About > Software Updates > Check now to see whether the new build has been made available for them or not.
