Mobile phone carrier Sprint is reportedly getting ready to make Wi-Fi calling capabilities available for its users, and two Samsung smartphones will be the first to receive them.

A leaked document that emerged over at Android Central shows that Samsung’s Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Mega will be the first devices on the operator’s network to receive the feature.

Moreover, said document unveils that Sprint will enable the feature on these handsets via a maintenance update.

Until now, T-Mobile was the only wireless carrier in the United States to provide users with first-party Wi-Fi calling, as CEO John Legere claimed recently, but it seems that things might change soon.

Unfortunately, no official confirmation on this has been provided as of now, yet Sprint is expected to announce the move in the not too distant future, so stay tuned.
