An unannounced Android device has just been spotted in Sprint Playbook and is expected to go live on November 18.

It looks like the mysterious device is the Sprint Express budget-friendly Android smartphone and will be available for purchase for just $19.99 (15 EUR) with a new two-year contract and after $50 mail-in rebate.

According to the folks over at AndroidCentral, the smartphone runs Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and comes bundled with the carrier's Sprint ID service that allows users to further customize their phones.

In addition, Sprint Express is equipped with a 600 MHz processor, a 3.2-megapixel camera on the back and a 2.6-inch touchscreen display.

It is also worth mentioning that the phone is powered by a high-capacity 1500 mAh battery and features a full portrait QWERTY keyboard.
