Spice Mobiles has just announced the immediate availability of Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 smartphone in India. After releasing handsets featuring 5.0 and 5.3-inch displays, Spice is now launching a phablet that boasts an impressive 5.5-inch screen.

Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550’s screen is only 0.2-inch smaller than Galaxy Note 3’s, but the quality of the display is considerably lower.

As fonearena points out, Spice Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 sports a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution. The handset is available in black color for Rs 15,499 ($250/€185) off contract.

The smartphone is equipped with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

The phablet supports dual-SIM and sports an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 3G HSPA+ and Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as 2500 mAh Li-Ion battery.

It is also worth mentioning that Spice Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and stylus out of the box.
