14 DAY TRIAL // Sony Mobile is expected to launch its second flagship smartphone this fall at IFA 2014, which is set to kick off on September 5.
However, as usual, most major handset makers will make their big announcements one or two days ahead of the trade fair, so we expect the Xperia Z3 to be unveiled in very early September.
Until then, however, we will probably be flooded with leaked details and pictures of the upcoming device, which won’t be coming alone. Sony Mobile is likely to introduce at least one other mid-range Android smartphone along with the Xperia Z3.
Thus, it happens that the first live render of the Xperia Z3 has just leaked online and it seems to have been pictured in good company, alongside the Xperia Z3 Compact. Obviously, the latter is another Sony Xperia smartphone that has yet to be announced by the Japanese company.
Both pictures showing the Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact have been leaked via Chinese website Digi-wo, which is pretty reliable, so expect these to be accurate enough.
Still, given the low quality of the pictures, we can’t say too much about the Xperia smartphones, but at least we now have an idea of how they will look. Check them out and share your thoughts with us.
