14 DAY TRIAL // Australian carrier Telstra has just opened Sony Xperia Z1 pre-orders. The smartphone will go on sale on October 15 and will be available for free on a 24 month contract for $69 (€) per month with no handset repayments.
AusDroid reports customers who pre-order the Xperia Z1 will also receive a free Bluetooth headset worth of $200 (€140), while supplies last. The handset will be available at Telstra in both black and purple.
The smartphone will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and a powerful 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
In addition, the Xperia Z1 boasts an impressive 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording. Other highlights of the phone include 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory 5-inch full HD (1080p) display and LTE support.
