Sony Xperia Z1 has been recently confirmed to arrive in several regions by the end of the month, and it looks like Canada is among the countries to receive the smartphone in the next couple of weeks.

MobileSyrup reports that Bell Canada is one of the major carriers in the country to offer the Xperia Z1 beginning October 15.

Customers will be able to purchase the high-end smartphone for no less than $700 CAD ($675 USD / €500) outright. No word on the contract pricing options yet, but we can expect it to be available for around $200 CAD ($195 USD / €140).

The Xperia Z1 will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and a powerful 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, accompanied by an Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
