The Xperia Z1 won’t be the only Sony smartphone to arrive in Canada this month. It looks like Bell has been able to score exclusivity over the Japanese handset maker’s Xperia Z Ultra phablet, so it will be the only carrier to offer the device for a little while.

According to MobileSyrup, Sony Xperia Z Ultra is set to arrive at Bell on October 15 and customers will have to come up with a whopping $800 CAD ($775 USD / €570) upfront if they want it.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra will be available in black color and will ship with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean platform onboard. Hardware-wise, the smartphone comes equipped with a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, an Adreno 330 GPU, and 2GB of RAM.

However, the phone’s main selling point is the huge 6.4-inch Triluminous capacitive touchscreen display that support full HD (1080p) resolution and features scratch-resistant glass.
