Owners of a Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802 HSPA+ smartphone should soon be able to download and install a new firmware update, namely version 14.1.B.1.526.

The new release has already been spotted on devices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Denmark, and should start arriving on other markets soon, as XperiaGuide notes.

Following the update, users should observe a change in the baseband file version and kernel build date, but no other visible changes have been spotted as of now.

Given that no specific changelog has been offered alongside the new software version, we can assume that it includes mainly small fixes and improvements.

The new firmware 14.1.B.1.526 starts rolling out soon after the release of build number 14.1.B.1.510 for the device. As part of that update, users received enhancements to photos and videos, and the X-Reality for mobile feature in settings.
