The Music Unlimited application for Android devices has just received a new update that brings important new features and capabilities.

The application that allows Android users to stream music with an Internet connection or download it to enjoy it anywhere in Offline Mode is now fully compatible with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

Unfortunately, Music Unlimited did not provide support for KitKat devices, so those who owned a Nexus 5 or other smartphones powered by Google’s latest mobile platform were not able to take advantage of the application.

Apart from support for Android 4.4 KitKat, Sony has also added improved performance and minor bug fixes that have yet to be detailed.

You can now download Music Unlimited for Android 1.7.5 for free via Google Play Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.1 and up.
