14 DAY TRIAL // Japanese mobile phone maker Sony Mobile has started to deliver a new software update for the owners of Xperia TX (LT29i) smartphones out there, namely firmware version 9.1.B.1.67.
The new release is based on Google’s Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system, and arrives on handsets with various optimizations, as well as with bug fixes, a recent post on XperiaBlog reads.
However, is seems that no official release notes for the update have been provided as of yet, and that there might be various other changes included in it as well.
Some of those who own an Xperia TX (LT29i) have already received the update and report successful installations, but those who haven’t should get a taste of it shortly. Keep an eye on this space for more info on the matter.
