14 DAY TRIAL // Japanese mobile phone maker Sony Mobile has made available for download a new flavor of their AR Effect augmented reality application for Android devices, providing users with the possibility to enjoy six new themes on their photos.
The new flavor of the application, now available for download as version 3.0.27, was designed to provide users with the possibility to record AR effects while shooting videos, while also bringing along a series of fun sound effects together with action of AR objects.
Moreover, the release notes for the application unveil that the aforementioned new themes are available from the Google Play Store via the post-load function, and that users will discover more sounds and actions when touching AR objects on the screen.
Through the aforementioned new themes, users will be able to add effects such as butterflies, flowers, comic book, disco items, horror movie make-up, and Spider-man to their photos, as Android Police notes.
The AR Effect application comes with a series of pre-loaded themes too, including dinosaurs, fairies, masks, and others. Moreover, users will be able to discover various augmented reality scenes in the real world through their camera application, Sony notes.
The AR Effect application is available for download through the Google Play store now.
