Before the end of the year, Samsung might unveil to the world a new device in its popular Galaxy Note lineup, one that will supposedly be called Galaxy Note III, and which has been rumored a few times before.

No official info on the device has been provided as of now, but rumor has it that the vendor might be set to make it official at IFA 2013 in Berlin in fall, and that it could bring it to shelves before the end of the year.

A recent article on SamMobile also notes that the phone might arrive on the market with the first plastic OLED screen, one that will be thinner than the screen on Galaxy Note II, it seems.

The upcoming handset might sport a 5.99-inch touchscreen on the front, which would make it the largest smartphone in the series, yet nothing has been officially confirmed on it as of now.
