Samsung wishes to show it cares about individual consumers and has just released an Android application to prove it.

The software is suggestively called “Samsung Cares” and serves as a hub for online support. Android users who decide to give it a try will find that the application comprises lots of FAQs, How To Guides, Videos and Troubleshooting Guides.

In addition, the application enables users to connect to Samsung’s Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat accounts in order to find the answer they are looking for.

Samsung customers can also track their service status once they install Samsung Cares application on their Android devices.

Samsung Cares is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up.
