Sprint and Samsung plan to launch two completely different handsets this Sunday, January 8. The companies confirmed that the white-themed Samsung Epic 4G Touch and Samsung M370 wuold hit shelves this weekend.

However, while the former is a branded variant of the Galaxy S II, one of the most popular Android smartphones available in the market, the M370 is a basic feature-phone.

Customers who are looking for a cheap clamshell can give Samsung M370 a try as the handset will be available for only $19.99 (15 EUR) with a new two-year contract or eligible upgrade.

Samsung M370 is compatible with any current Sprint plan, including the affordable Talk plan or Everything Messaging plan, and it does not require the $10 per month Premium Data add-on.

The key features of the clamshell include: 2.4-inch LCD display, 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth support, web browsing capability and speakerphone.
