Samsung introduced its flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S6 earlier this month and promised that the handset would be available in more than 20 countries from April 10.

However, that doesn't mean that the smartphone will be available in all these countries at the same date. For example, word is that in the United States, the Galaxy S6 will arrive one day later, on April 11.

According to PhoneArena, a tipster who wished to remain anonymous confirmed that the carrier he was working for would start selling the Samsung Galaxy S6 on April 11.

He also claims that he got the info from Samsung sales representatives and that the smartphone will be available at all four major carriers in the United States on the same day.

We also reported last week that T-Mobile might sell the Galaxy S6 for $700 outright. The other three carriers may offer the smartphone for around the same amount when purchased without contract.

The one-day delay for the US market isn't that much of a problem and may not be limited to just this country anyway. Samsung Galaxy S6 will eventually be available worldwide over the course of next month. Stay tuned for more on this one.
