14 DAY TRIAL // Samsung has just released a special edition Galaxy S4 in Thailand that comes with incrusted Swarovski crystals and which can be bought for no less than 20,300 baht upfront, which is about $630 or €460.
GSMArena reports that Samsung will only release 3500 units of this special edition dubbed Galaxy S4 Crystal Edition. The smartphone is only available via Samsung Thailand online store, so you can’t get it from any brick and mortar stores at the moment.
Hardware-wise, the Crystal Edition Galaxy S4 is based on the Samsung GT-I9500 version of the smartphone which is powered by the Exynos 5 chipset featuring octa-core processor.
The only difference between the two models is that the Crystal Edition features a battery cover stamped with Swarovski crystals and costs slightly more. The standard Galaxy S4 is available in Thailand for only $540 (€390).
