Rumors on Samsung’s new Lite series of smartphones that are likely to replace the current Mini series emerged earlier this month. According to sources close to the matter, some of these Lite series devices will be launched in early 2014, though no exact release dates have been leaked yet.

However, the folks over at SamMobile have it from a trusted insider that the Galaxy Note 3 Lite will be launched in the twelfth week of 2014.

Codenamed Samsung SM-N7505, the Galaxy Note 3 Lite is expected to feature LTE support and is likely to be officially unveiled in late February at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014, in Barcelona, Spain.

The smartphone is rumored to arrive in multiple colors, including green. No word on the actual specs sheet, except for the fact that Samsung currently tests 5.5- and 5.7-inch displays for the Galaxy Note 3 Lite, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
