In the coming weeks, we might see a new Android-based smartphone launched at Verizon, none other than the long-rumored Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and some info on the price tag it would feature has just emerged.

Apparently, the Ice Cream Sandwich-based device should hit the market at $299 (around 218 Euros) with the signing of a two-year contract agreement with the carrier.

A recently leaked document that emerged over at Droid-life was the one to unveil the said details. It also showed that the HTC Rezound (Vigor) might land at Verizon with the same price tag attached to it.

Galaxy Nexus was spotted in Verizon's Device Management system with LTE connectivity on board, and it does not come too much as a surprise that it would feature the same price tag as other similar devices on the carrier's network. No info on when it might arrive emerged.
