Regional operator SaskTel has just confirmed that it will carry the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Even though the carrier does not reveal any exact release dates, it’s likely that the device won’t hit shelves before January 13.

To recap, Rogers and TELUS will be among the first carriers to offer the Galaxy Nexus after Bell’s exclusivity period over the device ends. Both operators have confirmed they will launch the smartphone on January 14.

However, SaskTel customers will also have the chance to win one of the three Galaxy Nexus devices that the carrier decided to give away to the raise the excitement around the launch event.

SaskTel tweeted the following message on its official account, so those who want to be among the first to purchase the smartphone should take note:

Galaxy Nexus coming soon to SaskTel! Text NEXUS to 43210 to register for updates and enter for a chance to win one of 3 new devices.”
