14 DAY TRIAL // The unusual Galaxy Beam manufactured by Samsung has just made its debut in Australia. Android fans who need a smartphone capable of projecting all kinds of contents virtually anywhere can now grab the Galaxy Beam via Dick Smith retailer.
The Australian authorized seller is offering the smartphone for $585 AUD ($610 USD or €495) outright, which seems a bit steep for a Gingerbread device.

The smartphone is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and embeds a NovaThor U8500 chipset that packs a dual-core processor clocked at 1 GHz, which is complemented by 768MB of RAM and a Mali-400 GPU.
